In winter, the structure
of the dwarf Box hedging will give interest and will look fantastic
if covered in snow. In spring, miniature tete a tete daffodils
will give a cheerful blast of yellow. In summer, the gaps between
the hedging could be filled annuals which can be changed each
year – pink scented petunias mixed with
dusty blue Ageratum or perhaps lemon yellow chrysanthemums mixed
with red Mimulus for a hot summery feel.
Against the house wall, a small white climbing rose and compact
Clematis have been planted. When in bloom, the white roses will
blend perfectly with the white front door.
Visiting the garden a few

similar gardens had appeared on the development … !
